1. Preventive Maintenance – Preventive maintenance of Isolator can be done on periodical basic as per the site condition / customer requirement. Under this program the following work will be carried out.
   1. Cleaning of contacts,
   2. Lubrication of the joints,
   3. Tightness check,
   4. Mechanical adjustment
   5. Check for Electrical connection.

This can be done either on one time or under Annual maintenance contract

2. Reconditioning of Isolator – Reconditioning of Isolator can be done to have an extended life of the equipment. Under this program, the following work will be carried out.
   1. Dismantling of the main contact from top of Insulator
   2. Proper cleaning of contacts after de-assembling.
   3. Changes of parts like springs, hardware etc. if required.
   4. After reconditioning, reassembling&mounting of contacts
   5. Lubricating all the joints
   6. Tightness check
   7. Mechanical adjustment
   8. Check for electrical connection

A service warranty of 12 months shall be given under this contract.

3. Retrofitting of Contacts – Retrofitting the main contact of Isolator of any make can be done. Under this program, the main contacts shall be completely replaced with a new one.The other parts shall be reconditioned. If required the Isolator can be upgraded to higher current rating. A warranty of 12 months shall be given for the reconditioned Isolator.

4. Retrofitting of Drive – Retrofitting of the operating mechanism can be done as per the customer requirement. Under this program the operating mechanism can be changed to motorized or manual with reduction gear as required. Apart from the replacement of Drive box, maintenance of the Isolator can be done.

5. Retrofitting of Isolator – Retrofitting the entire Isolator can be done on the existing structure & foundation. Under this program, all the inputs shall be taken in the initial stage and the retrofitting shall be done on a time bound manner to complete the Job within the scheduled period. No major modifications required at site. All the tests as per relevant standard shall be done at site after completion of work before putting into service.
